LNH Transport is a local business, providing logistic solutions for our customers whether that be by road, sea or air. We are located in Warrington town centre, and we are looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our friendly team.
Some of the things that you will do:
- Help ensure all deliveries are made within the correct time
- Ensure each load is monitored and updates are sent to the customers
- To assist with customer / driver queries in a helpful, timely and professional manner
- Work within a small team providing smooth handovers to and from other team members.
- General administrative duties to support the efficient and successful delivery of services to the customer base.
- Enter data into computer-based system accurately and ensure all job bookings are handled efficiently using LNH Transport internal systems.
- Communicate with customers, drivers and hauliers via email and telephone.
- Willingness to generate new business by E-mail / Telephone.
What we are looking for:
- GCSE Maths and English level 4/ grade C or above
- An Individual who is committed to their role
- Someone who can undertake tasks alone & within a team environment
- A good understanding of the Microsoft Office package
